1. Client Cancellation
• Clients are entitled to a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled start date of the workshop, course, or service.
• Clients are entitled to a 50% refund if a cancellation request is submitted at least Seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start date of the workshop, course, or service.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made less than Seven (7) days before the scheduled start date.
• Once a workshop, course, or service has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• Failure to attend, non-participation, or withdrawal after the start of a workshop, course, or service does not qualify for any refund.
• Participants may transfer their registration to another person if they are unable to attend, provided SAWA is notified at least Three (3) days prior to the scheduled start date of the workshop, course, or service.
2. Studio Cancellation or Rescheduling
• Studio Cancellation
If the Studio cancels a workshop, course, or service, clients may choose one of the following options:
• A full refund of all fees paid
• A credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward any future workshop, course, or service offered by the Studio.
• Studio Rescheduling
If the Studio reschedules a workshop, course, or service, client may choose one of the following options:
• Attend the rescheduled session
• Receive a full refund if the new date is not suitable.
• if the new date is not suitable clients can take credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward any future workshop, course, or service offered by the Studio.
3. General Terms
• All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through the Studio’s official communication channels or through the studio.
• Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval.
• The Studio reserves the right to review and make final decisions regarding exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
• By registering for and/or purchasing any workshop, course, or service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
